Functions exercisable solely by WAG or the National Assembly for Wales.

The following Ministerial functions are exercisable solely by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales:

section 11A(4): Duty to notify to the Presiding Officer that the Welsh Ministers have failed to lay SI within 21 days of making and give reasons for failure.
section 11A(5): Power to revoke SI following its annulment by the Assembly.
