Rating (Empty Properties) Act 2007 (c.9)

Amends:

Local Government Finance Act 1988 (C. 41)

to make provision for and in connection with the liability of owners of unoccupied hereditaments to a non-domestic rate.

Functions exercisable solely by WAG or the National Assembly for Wales.

The following Ministerial function is exercisable solely by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales:

Schedule 1, paragraph 8: Power to make further consequential amendments.

The following Ministerial function is exercisable solely by the National Assembly in relation to Wales:

Schedule 1, paragraph 8(5)(b): Power to approve a draft order made the Welsh Ministers under Schedule 1, paragraph 8.
