To provide for additional grants to persons entitled to Community suckler cow premiums.

Functions exercisable solely by WAG or the National Assembly for Wales.
The following Ministerial functions are exercisable solely by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales namely: section 2: Recovery of cost of supervising community livestock carcass grading procedure. section 3: Provision for regulations, with Treasury consent for grants to any person who under the Community suckler cow scheme is entitled to receive a premium financed by the Guarantee Section of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund.
