Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1968 (C. 34)

Amends:Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1954 (C. 39)
To make provision, among other matters, for the amendment of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1956 in relation to agricultural marketing boards.  

Functions exercisable solely by WAG or the National Assembly for Wales.

The only Ministerial function exercisable solely by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales is section 45, in so far as the function relates to Wales it is exercisable solely by the Welsh Ministers:
  • section 45: Powers of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food to give directions in relation to agricultural marketing boards and disapplication of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 to agreements entered into by boards as a result of such directions.
