Mines (Working, Facilities and Support) Act 1966 (C. 4)

To consolidate legislation relating to working facilities and support in mines.

Functions exercisable solely by WAG or the National Assembly for Wales.
The only Ministerial function under this Act exercisable solely by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales is : section 7(8). section 7(8): Restrictions on working minerals required for support. Where any building or work is an ancient monument within the meaning of the Ancient Monuments Consolidation and Amendments Act 1913, and is, in pursuance of that act, or Part III of the Historic Buildings and Ancient Monuments Act 1953, under the guardianship or protection of Secretary of State, or is under the guardianship of a local authority, shall be deemed to be persons entitled to make an application under this section.
