To make miscellaneous provisions for education including free speech at universities and the appraisal of teachers.  

Functions exercisable solely by WAG or the National Assembly for Wales.

All the Ministerial functions under this Act are exercisable solely by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales namely :
  • section 62: Power to make regulations requiring governors of further education establishments to make available to prescribed persons or classes of persons documents and information relating to the meetings and proceedings of governing bodies.
