Functions exercisable solely by WAG or the National Assembly for Wales.
All the Ministerial functions under this Act are exercisable solely by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales namely: section 1: Power to specify the types of account to be kept by a local authority. section 2: Power to specify types of expenditure and income which are to be regarded as revenue for the purposes of the note fund revenue account. section 3: Power to specify methods of calculation for local authorities' expenditure.
