Functions exercisable solely by WAG or the National Assembly for Wales.
All the Ministerial functions under this Act are exercisable solely by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales namely: section 2: reimbursement to schools for fees remitted for existing assisted pupils. section 3: Power to prescribe provisions for transitional arrangements for assisted places.
