To make provision for the employment status of persons being trained.

Functions exercisable solely by WAG or the National Assembly for Wales.

The Ministerial function contained in this Act which is exercisable solely by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales is:

section 26: Power to provide that persons being assisted to be trained under section 2 of the Employment and Training Act 1973 shall not be treated as being employed.
