Reverter of Sites Act 1987 (C. 15)

To make provisions for the reverter of sites that have ceased to be used for particular purposes.

Functions exercisable solely by WAG or the National Assembly for Wales.
All the Ministerial functions under this Act are exercisable solely by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales namely: section 5: Power of the Secretary of State to extinguish the rights to which a person is or may become entitled as a beneficiary under a trust when making an order under section 554 of the Education Act 1996 (power relating to the extinguishment and new establishment of charitable educational trusts).
