The following Ministerial functions under this Act are exercisable solely by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales namely: section 67: Decision on appeal in relation to a local authority noise abatement notice. section 68: Provision by regulations for prescribing limit of noise from plant or machinery. section 70: Power to regulate regarding procedure for appeals under section 67. section 71: Power to produce codes of practice for minimising noice. section 91: Power to enter onto land. section 93: Power to obtain information. section 97: Default powers.
