To give facilities for the pure water in rural districts.

Functions exercisable solely by WAG or the National Assembly for Wales.
All the Ministerial functions under this Act are exercisable solely by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales namely: sections 4 and 5: Power to agree to and sanction a charge on land where landowner contributes money to the cost of supplying water to the land.
