Functions exercisable solely by WAG or the National Assembly for Wales.
The following Ministerial functions under this Act are exercisable solely by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales namely: sections 6 and 9: Power to constitute a joint board of local authorities for the purpose of the Public Health Acts. section 82: Confirmation of byelaws for removal of offensive matter or liquid through streets. sections 231 and 233: Confirmation of byelaws with respect to public bathing, swimming baths and bathing pools. section 268: Confirmation of byelaws relating to tents, vans and sheds for human habitation. section 269: Power to grant a camping or caravan organisations a certificate of exemption from requirements of local authority to licence land controlled by them. section 270: Confirmation of byelaws in respect of persons employed temporarily to pick fruit or vegetebles. section 303: Power to appoint an arbitrator for specified purposes under the Act. section 318: Power to hold inquiries for purposes of the Act. sections 322 an to 325: Default powers.
