Functions exercisable solely by WAG or the National Assembly for Wales.
The following Ministerial functions under this Act are exercisable solely by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales namely: section 17: Power to specify the amount to be incurred by a local authority in repairing drains and stopped of drains. sections 75-77: Power to approve byelaws relating to pleasure fairs; roller skating rinks; seaside pleasure boats, hairdressers and barbers. section 82: Power to amend local Acts to bring them into conformity with 1961 Act. Schedule 4: Approval for local authority to attach a lamp to a building used for particular purposes, subject to the provisions below.
