To clarify the law relating to the termination of pregnancy by registered medical practitioners.

Functions exercisable solely by WAG or the National Assembly for Wales.
All the Ministerial functions under this Act are exercisable solely by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales namely: section 1: Power to approve places for the medical termination of pregnancy. section 2: Power to make regulations for the purposes of the Act, including the giving of notices.
