All the Ministerial functions under this Act are exercisable solely by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales namely: section 1: Health Authority reports to the Secretary of State and power to require special Health Authority to report to the Secretary of State; power to amend requirements as to information to be given to the Secretary of State in Schedule 1 to the Act.
