The following Ministerial functions have not been devolved to the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales: sections 8(4): Statutory undertakers. If any question arises under this Act which Minister is the appropriate Minister, the question shall be determined by the Treasury. sections 32(6A): Powers to extinguish certain public rights of ways. 6A: Power of the appropriate Minister with regard to statutory undertakers' aparatus.
