To require the carrying out of works to prevent water pollution.

All the Ministerial functions under these Regulations are exercisable solely by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales namely: Regulation 4: Power to extend limit for appeal. Regulation 5: Powers relating to holding of appeal Regulation 6: Duty to inform parties of result of appeal
