Ancient Monument (Claims for Compensation) (Wales) Regulations 1991 (SI 1991/2647)

To prescribe compensation claim forms and to specify the time within which a compensation claim can be made if development of a scheduled monument is refused or allowed with conditions.

All the Ministerial functions under these Regulations are exercisable solely by the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales namely: Regulation 2: Power to extend time within which a claim for compensation can be made.
