Summary:	These Regulations, which come into force at mid-day on 10th April 2002, amend the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (England and Wales) Regulations 2000 in relation to Wales to make provision to give effect to - Article 1 of Commission Decision 2002/242/EC amending for the ninth time Decision 2001/327/EC concerning restrictions to the movement of animals of susceptible species with regard to foot-and-mouth disease.
