Adoption and Children Act 2002 (Commencement No. 1) (Wales) Order 2003 No. 181 (W. 31) (C. 9)

Summary:	This Order brings into force section 16 of the Adoption and Children Act 2002 which amends the Care Standards Act 2000 by inserting a new provision (section 36A). The new section makes provision for the distribution of functions in relation to voluntary adoption agencies as between the National Assembly for Wales and the National Care Standards Commission as registration authorities.
