Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2003 No. 307 (W. 46)

Summary:	These Regulations amend the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) Regulations 1997 by prescribing two new forms for use by landlords of premises in Wales when proposing a new rent under section 13(2) of the Housing Act 1988.

Amending:	Amends: After regulation 3(da) insertion of two new subsections. Revokes and saves, Form No.4 set out in schedule to the 1997 Regulations of The Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) Regulations 1997/194.
