Administration of the Rent Officer Service (Wales) Order 2003 2003 No. 973 (W. 132)

Summary:	This Order provides that the appointment, remuneration and administration of rent officers in Wales are to be functions of the National Assembly for Wales rather than of local authorities.
Made Under:	Rent Act 1977 (C. 42) - section 64B
Amending:	Amends Section 62, subsection (4) of section 63 at the end of paragraph b, Section 66 of the Rent Act 1977 c42. Repeales Paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 8 of the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994 c19.
