Adoption of Children from Overseas (Wales)(Amendment) Regulations 2003 No. 1634 (W. 176)

Summary:	These regulations make a minor amendment to The Adoption of Children from Overseas (Wales) Regulations 2001 to take account of prospective changes to section 56A of the Adoption Act 1976 when the relevant parts of the Adoption and Children Act 2002 come into force. The effect of those changes is to render ineffective the Adoption of Children from Overseas Regulations 2001 which the Welsh Regulations 2001 refer to. These regulations remove that reference and instead refer to regulations made under section 56A of the Adoption Act 1976.
