Air Quality (Ozone) (Wales) Regulations 2003 No. 1848 (W. 198)

Summary:	These Regulations implement, in Wales, Directive 2002/3/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to ozone in ambient air.
Made Under:	European Communities (Designation) (No. 3) Order 2000 (SI 2000/2812) - in relation to measures relating to the assessment and management of ambient air quality and compliance with air quality limit values, target values and objectives
Amending:	Revokes the Ozone Monitoring and Information Regulations 1994/440.
