Education Act 1996 (Modification of Section 517) Regulations 1999 No. 2260

Summary:	These Regulations make modifications to section 517 of the Education Act 1996 during the period starting on 1st September 1999 and ending when the repeal of section 517 effected by Schedule 31 to the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 comes into force. The modifications relate to the new framework for maintained schools introduced by Part II of the School Standards and Framework Act 1999.
