Summary:

This Order appoints 1st October 1999 as the date on which the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 Code of Practice on the Duties of Trade Organisations to their Disabled Members and Applicants, issued by the Secretary of State on 16th July 1999, shall come into force. The Code may be obtained from The Stationery Office, PO Box 276, London SW8 5DT, The Stationery Office book shops and The Stationery Office's accredited agents.
