Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment No. 2) Regulation 1999 No. 1959

Summary:

The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 amended the definition of "the emissions publication" in Schedule 7B to the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 so as to refer to the most recent (i.e. the fifth) edition of this publication entitled "In-Service Exhaust Emission Standards for Road Vehicles". A new version of the publication has been issued to correct an error in the original publication. These Regulations amend the previous amending Regulations so that they now refer to the corrected version.

Copies of the corrected version of the emissions publication can be obtained from the Vehicle Inspectorate, Berkeley House, Croydon Street, Bristol, BS5 0DA (telephone 0117 954 3277).
