Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2004 No. 1519

Summary:	These Regulations further amend the definitions in regulation 54(5) of the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999 in consequence of the new Young LGV Drivers Training Scheme approved by the Secretary of State on 24 February 2004. A full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on the costs of business.
