Back to Work Bonus (Amendment) Regulations 2004 No. 1655

Summary:

These Regulations amend the Social Security (Back to Work Bonus and Lone Parent Run-on) (Amendment and Revocation) Regulations 2003 (S.I. 2003/1589) to provide for an extended period of transitional protection for claimants who comply with the requirements contained in the Back to Work Bonus (No. 2) Regulations 1996 (S.I. 1996/2570) on or before 28th January 2005. A full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for the instrument as it has no impact on the costs of business.
