COMMONHOLD (LAND REGISTRATION) RULES 2004 No. 1830 OPSI - COMMONHOLD (LAND REGISTRATION) RULES
Summary: These rules are made under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 (2002 c. 15). They provide for applications to the Registrar under the Act, the form of the documentation which must accompany any application and the circumstances in which an application may be cancelled by the Registrar. Schedule 1 to these rules contains the various forms prescribed by them. Schedule 2 prescribes the wording of the restrictions prescribed by the rules. A Regulatory Impact Assessment has been prepared and placed in the library of each House of Parliament. Copies can be obtained from the Land Registry, 32 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London, WC2A 3PH.
