Summary:
This Order brings into force, on 27th September 2004, Part 1 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 (c.15), save for section 21(4) and (5), so far as it is not already in force.
While Cardiff University has used all reasonable endeavours to ensure
