Immigration and Asylum Appeals (Fast Track Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2004 No. 1891

Summary:	These Rules amend the Immigration and Asylum Appeals (Fast Track Procedure) Rules 2003 by inserting into the Schedule to those Rules additional removal centres at Kidlington and Harmondsworth so that the fast track procedure can apply to a party who is detained at one of those centres.
