Summary:	This Order is made under sections 3(5)(a), 4 and 113 of, and paragraph 7 of Schedule 1 to the Local Government Finance Act 1992 ("the 1992 Act") and amends the Council Tax (Chargeable Dwellings) Order 1992 ("the 1992 Order"), the Council Tax (Exempt Dwellings) Order 1992, and the Council Tax (Discount Disregards) Order 1992.

Amending:	Amends article 2 and 3, insert article 3A to the Council Tax (Chargeable Dwellings) Order 1992/549. Amends Article3 of the Council Tax (Exempt Dwellings) Order 1992/558. Amends Article6 paragraph 7 of Schedule 1 of the Council Tax (Discount Disregards) Order 1992/548.
