Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2005 No. 583 (W. 49)

Summary:	This Order amends the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978, S.I. 1978/32 and revokes earlier amendment Orders. It substitutes for Schedules 1 and 2 to the 1978 Order the Schedules set out in this Order. Schedule 1 lists disinfectants approved by the National Assembly for Wales and Schedule 2 lists disinfectants which, although no longer approved, can continue to be used as approved disinfectants until 30 June 2005. This Order was notified in draft to the European Commission in accordance with Directive 98/34/EC, as amended by Directive 98/48/EC.
