National Assistance (Sums for Personal Requirements) (Wales) Regulations 2005 No. 663 (W. 53)

Summary:	These Regulations set out the weekly sum which local authorities in Wales are to assume, in the absence of special circumstances, that residents in accommodation arranged under Part III of the National Assistance Act 1948, will need for their personal requirements. From 11 April 2005 all such residents will be assumed to need �19.10 per week for their personal requirements. These Regulations supersede the National Assistance (Sums for Personal Requirements) (Wales) Regulations 2004 which are revoked and which prescribed a weekly amount of �18.40.
