Human Tissue Act 2004 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2005 No. 2632 (W. 108)

Summary:	This Order provides for the coming into force of section 47 of the Human Tissue Act 2004 (c.30) on 3 October 2005. Section 47 gives power to nine museums to transfer from their collections human remains which they reasonably believe to be remains of a person who died less than one thousand years before the day on which section 47 comes into force.
