Environmental Impact Assessment (Land Drainage Improvement Works) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 No. 618

Summary:	These Regulations amend the Environmental Impact Assessment (Land Drainage Improvement Works) Regulations 1999, which apply to England and Wales. Regulation 2 amends regulation 13B of the 1999 Regulations, which was inserted into the 1999 Regulations by the Environmental Impact Assessment (Land Drainage Improvement Works) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 (S.I. 2005/1399). It amends regulation 13B by clarifying that drainage bodies may substitute for one of the notices required to be placed in at least two newspapers a notice on the site of the proposed improvement works.
