Government of Further Education Corporations (Revocation) (Wales) Regulations 2006 No. 621 (W. 70)

Summary:	These Regulations revoke the Regulations listed in Parts 1 and 2 of the Schedule, which prescribe initial instruments and articles of government for further education corporations. All the initial instruments and articles of government for further education corporations in Wales have been replaced by an order under section 22 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (as amended by paragraph 23 of Schedule 9 to the Learning and Skills Act 2000 (c.21)). Consequently the Regulations listed in the Schedule have ceased to have effect. The Regulations listed in Part 2 of the Schedule were revoked in relation to England by S.I. 2002/1094 and now cease to have effect in relation to Wales.

Amending:	Revoke The Coleg Menai (Government) Regulations 1994 (S.I. 1994/1450); The Education (Government of Further Education Corporations) (Former Sixth Form Colleges) Regulations 1992 (S.I. 1992/1957) and The Education (Government of Further Education Corporations) (Former Further Education Colleges) Regulations 1992 (S.I. 1992/1963).
