Education (Inspectors of Education and Training in Wales) Order 2006 No. 2660

Summary:	This Order appoints the persons named in the Schedule Her Majesty's Inspectors of Education and Training in Wales, or in Welsh Arolygwyr Ei Mawrhydi dros Addysg a Hyfforddiant yng Nghymru.
Made Under:	Education Act 2005 (c. 18) - section 19(2). Whereas the National Assembly for Wales, having considered that the powers conferred by section 19(2) of the Education Act 2005 ought to be exercised, has advised the Secretary of State for Wales on a recommendation to be made to Her Majesty as to the exercise of that power.
