Paying Agency (National Assembly for Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 No. 2698 (W. 230)

Summary:	These Regulations amend the Paying Agency (National Assembly for Wales) Regulations 1999. These Regulations apply in relation to Wales and to cross border agricultural holdings for which the National Assembly for Wales ("the Assembly") is the responsible paying agency. The 1999 Regulations enable the Assembly, if duly accredited for the purpose, to act as a UK paying agency in relation to the financing of the common agricultural policy. These Regulations update the references made to European legislation in the 1999 Regulations.
