Transformational Grants Joint Scheme (Revocation) Order 2006 No. 3146

Summary:	This Order revokes the Transformational Grant Joint Scheme (Authorisation) Order 2005 which authorised a joint scheme entered into between the National Lottery Charities Board and the New Opportunities Fund. Those bodies will be dissolved on the day this Order comes into force and will be replaced by the Big Lottery Fund established by section 14 of the National Lottery Act 2006.
