Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2006 No. 3166 (W. 291)

Summary:	This Order which applies in relation to Wales amends the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978 , S.I. 1978/32. It substitutes for the tables in Schedules 1 and 2 to the 1978 Order the tables set out in Schedules 1 and 2 to this Order. Schedule 1 lists disinfectants approved by the National Assembly for Wales and Schedule 2 lists disinfectants which are no longer approved but are subject to transitional arrangements and can continue to be used as approved disinfectants until 28 February 2007. This Order was notified in draft to the European Commission in accordance with Directive 98/34/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 June 1998 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations[5]. This Order revokes the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2005 (S.I 2005/583) (W.49).
