Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (Wales) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2006 No. 3452 (W. 313)

Summary:	These Regulations amend the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (Wales) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/1536 (W. 153)) ("the principal Regulations"). Regulation 2 amends the principal Regulations to give effect to the extension of the European Union ban, under Commission Decision 2005/760/EC (OJ L. No. 285, 28.10.2005, p. 52) as amended, on the import of captive birds from third countries until 31 March 2007.
