Public Service Vehicles Accessibility (Amendment) Regulations 2007 No. 500

Summary:	These Regulations amend the Public Service Vehicles Accessibility Regulations 2000 ("the 2000 Regulations"). The 2000 Regulations apply to single-deck and double-deck buses, and to single-deck and double-deck coaches, where such vehicles are used to provide local and scheduled services and have a capacity of more than twenty-two passengers. The fees for accessibility certificates are specified in regulation 7 of the 2000 Regulations. Regulation 2 amends the prescribed fees, which are set out in the Table below. The percentage increases since the fees were last fixed are shown in brackets.
