Summary:

The following provisions of the Water Act 2003 have been brought into force in England and Wales by commencement orders made before the date of this Order.
The remainder of this section and Schedule was repealed by paragraph 172 of Schedule 11 to the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006[6] with effect from 1st October 2006: see the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2006[7].
(-) These provisions also extend to Scotland and Northern Ireland (section 105(8) of the Act) and were brought into force in Scotland and Northern Ireland by the same Orders.
