National Health Service (General Ophthalmic Services) (Amendment) (Wales) (No. 2) Regulations 2007 No. 1026 (W. 93)

Summary:	These Regulations amend the National Health Service (General Ophthalmic Services) Regulations 1986 ("the 1986 Regulations") so as to provide that where a determination is made as to allowances to be paid in respect of continuing education and training payments can be made in respect of a period beginning on a date earlier than the date of the determination.
