Summary:

Article 2 of this Order amends the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 Commencement (No. 3) Order 2004 so that that Order does not commence section 50(1) of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003. The effect is to obviate the need for a review and award of a performance rating in relation to the NHS Direct Special Health Authority in its final year of existence as a special health authority
