Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No. 10 and Saving) Order 2007 No. 1369

Summary:

Article 2 of this Order brings into force on 30th June 2007, in relation to Wales, the following provisions of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004-
Section 42(1) and (5) to (9) (applications for planning permission and certain consents); and
Schedule 9 so far as it gives effect to the repeal of section 76 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (duty to draw attention to certain provisions for the benefit of the disabled).
Article 3 contains a saving for the Town and Country Planning (Applications) Regulations 1988.
