Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) (Amendment) Order 2007 No. 1387

Summary:	This Order amends the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) Order 2007 to substitute a new map for the map in Schedule 1 to that Order so as to correct errors in that map. The map sets out the part of the Chequers Estate that is to be designated for the purposes of section 128 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005.
